PANDEMIC SITUATION? LET’S MAKE IT USEFUL

Hello guys,

Today am not here to share any of my trip experience as we all know what the world is going through now.
I am going to share some tips which especially I am following to keep my mind calm. It’s been more than a month now and we are still in quarantine. It’s really hard for the people who are staying alone to be calm.

“STAY AWAY FROM DEPRERSSION”

YOGA or Meditation

Whether you are working from home or doing nothing, meditation can help you a lot.
  •  It will reduce your stress level
  •  Increase your concentration power
  • Improve your mood and keep you positive

Well, there are more benefits like increase confidence, self-disciple and more but I have limited it based on our current corona environments. And definitely you will get more benefits than this.
I am also working from home so didn’t get much time, my preferred practice is doing meditation of “OM” for 10 min each day.

Improve Immunity

It’s really important to keep our immunity system strong, so protect yourself from any seasonal virus.

Foods that can help you boost immunity system:
  • Lemon/Orange
  • Eat seasonal fruits/vegetables
  • Yogurt/Milk (all dairy product)
  • Broccoli
  • Garlic
  • Spinach
  • Papaya
  • Green Tea

"EAT HEALTHY AND STAY HEALTHY"

Make a Call

Talk to your friends and family per day, laugh a bit and believe me you will feel happy and lighter after finishing your everyday work.

Keep Yourself Hydrated

Drink a lot of water, as summer is here so it’s very obvious we need to drink a lot of water. If you are not able to drink only water then try to make drinks like mango lemonade (by Sanjeev Kapoor) , mint – lemon drink(by Kunal Kapoor), aamras, you can get these recipes very easily on YouTube. I have provided link above which I follow.

Utilize This Time
This corona environment is full of negative thoughts and in such environment it’s really hard to keep your self-motivated and positive. It could be most difficult for most of the people or some of the people to be positive but this is what we do in our difficult time and look forward the HOPE. So, You just need to remove your all attention from the virus and need to utilize this time in doing something creative. If you like doing painting do that, make YouTube channel, DIY crafts, baking and more, there are a lot of things but as said what you love to do spend time on that.  You can do whatever you like in this difficult era to earn some knowledge and feel good.

I love writing so, am giving my time here and you can see some of my baking and cold drinks images above…

Rather than all this, safety is most important. So, follow the quarantine and stay at home. These are some tips from my side which I am too following:
  • Sanitize things before bringing at home or keep at any place in home and quarantine it for 2 days.
  • Avoid online foods, if ordering also then sanitize the food box and hand before opening it.
  • Wash your hands frequently.
  • Take bath by mixing 2 drop Dettol in water
  • Keep social distancing but DON’T FORGET TO HELP OTHERS.
